The San Antonio Symphony has received special funding to help students from San Antonio and the Bexar County area attend the Young People's Concert Series. Scholarships are available to PUBLIC SCHOOLS and ACCREDITED PRIVATE SCHOOLS. Funds may be used to cover ticket costs for ONE YPC PERFORMANCE for each student or to help pay for SEASON TICKETS to the YPCs. If awarded a scholarship, the remaining cost for season tickets would be $4 per student, or $1 per concert. Please note, all students DO NOT have to attend the same concert using the scholarship (i.e. the Fourth Grade classes attend a Tuesday concert and the Fifth grade classes attend a Wednesday concert.)
Schools with Title One status for the most recent school year will receive preferential consideration, but any school may apply. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
