All auditions to be held in San Antonio. Positions to start September 2008.

During 2008-09 the San Antonio Symphony offers a 28-week season with base salary of $1015 + $10 EMG, health, life, disability and instrument insurance, pension contribution, and a parking stipend. The 2009-10 season is 29-weeks with base salary of $1,030 + $10 EMG, and 2010-11 is a 30-week season with base salary of $1,045 + $10 EMG. If the winning candidate is a member of the San Antonio Symphony, an alternate position may be offered to the runner-up. Audition repertoire will not be provided over the phone.
