Travel back to the epicenter of Baroque music: Italy! A tour of passionate music by Vivaldi, Locatelli, Geminiani and Corelli will transport you to the glories of Venice, Rome and Naples. The program commemorates the 300th anniversary of the death of Arcangelo Corelli, who achieved international fame as one of the most influential composers of instrumental music throughout Europe during the 17th and 18th centuries. Principal Cello Ken Freudigman performs Tartini’s Cello Concerto.
